At Knorm, we are creating tools to encapsulate the knowledge and wisdom of experts, and make them available to other personnel in actionable form, so that their decisions and performance approach the quality of the experts.
The knowledge can be authored into the system directly by the experts, which the other personnel with appropriate familiarity with the domain can then execute to get guidance, in a step-wise manner, from the system.
This has application in several domains. Currently we are focused on healthcare and education.
In healthcare, we will empower peripheral health workers with some of the skills of expert clinicians.
In education, we are creating a system that allows self-guiding, self-grading, goal-oriented lessons and curricula for students to acquire fine-grained skills in the areas of their interest.
What are we looking for?
We are currently recruiting developers with high levels of skills.
If you are a web developer with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Dart coding skills that your peers envy, we would love to have you on our team. We want you to help us build beautiful frontend applications for desktop, web and mobile devices.
Specifically, we are looking for people with the following skills:
- JavaScript, TypeScript, Java SE and Dart
- AngularJS/Angular Dart
- Firebase (including authentication)
- Android/iOS platforms development and integration technologies. Flutter preferred.
- Bootstrap
- CSS skills and related development tools like Sass. desirable
- Design skills and aesthetic talents desirable
Of course, you must also be adept at using the modern set of tools for coding, testing, collaborative development and deployment.

Your Role
We are in early stages of building our team. We are looking for leaders to set technological direction for future development. You will be assigned responsibility to engineer the core for a specific area.
Your Emoluments
You will be paid matching the industry levels, depending on your own capabilities. You will also be considered eligible for stock options, if we see a mutually rewarding longer term relationship.
